- Build and Initiate an Application
- Conduct a Self-Assessment and determine level to apply for
- Complete application process and submit self-assessment with evidence
- Sign the contractual agreement and pay certification fee to proceed with audit process
- Co-ordinate for audit schedule and audit logistics
- Provide necessary clarifications during Stage-1 audit through desktop review
- Be prepared for Stage-2 audit as on-site evaluation
- Receive audit report and Implement necessary corrective actions for Nonconformity closure
- Receive final certification decision and recommended next actions

Application and Certification Fee:
Application Fee
Organizations seeking certification must submit a nonrefundable application fee. The application fee covers the costs of the initial certification processing and to access the self-assessment tool kit.
Certification Fees
Certification fees cover the cost of the entire audit and reporting process including the Non-conformance review and closure, if applicable. The Certification fees will be determined based on the applied level of certification and the geo-economical designation as per the World Bank classification of the countries.
Organizations will not be awarded a lower level of certification if they do not successfully achieve the certification level for which they applied. In this case, they should make a new application as per the applicable certification rules in Part-C.
