PEFC-CoC certification (Programme of Endorsement of Forest Certification- Chain of Custody)

Description

The PEFC – COC (Programme for Endorsement of Forest Certification – Chain of Custody) voluntary certification sets out to guarantee the traceability of material from forests managed in a sustainable way according to PEFC standards, thus guaranteeing the origin of forestry material.

Thanks to the PEFC mark, through the chain of custody, consumers can identify the products coming from forests managed in a sustainable way. This certification concerns all transformers of forest products (sawmills, building and carpentry, packaging and pallets, panels, trade and distributors of timber, paper and transformers, publishers and printers, furnishings and furniture, stationery, non-wood forestry products) that wish to guarantee the origin of their raw materials.
