Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008 (Consolidated Safety Act), integrated with Legislative Decree 106/09, completes the legislation governing the methods of inspecting lifting appliances which was previously governed by DPR (Italian Presidential Decree) no. 547 of 27.4.1955, DM (Italian Ministerial Decree) of 12.9.1959 and DL (Italian law Decree) no. 626 of 19.9.1994.

The Employer then agrees the audit times and methods with the appointed auditor.
